Exploration & Surface Rights

Most of the Eden Property belongs to the ‘Ejido’ of Tamazula, state of Durango, where the surface rights are held by a local agrarian association, or ‘Nucleo Agrario’, named ‘San Antonio del Cerro’, which forms part of the larger Tamazula Ejido.

On January 15th of 2022, Centenario Gold Corp and representatives of the community of ‘San Antonio del Cerro’ signed a formal exploration and right-of-way agreement allowing the Company to move freely anywhere across the property and to do any kind of mineral exploration and project development work, including drilling.

As requested by the Community, and promised by the Company, in February of 2022, Centenario Gold Corp completed the construction of a 4.2 km new road accessing the Community’s main village, ‘Las Millpas’, and the access road to Cosala.
